I’ve pointed out previously that as a general rule, and a courtesy, we do not publish email without the permission of the sender. However at the same time, all email sent to AM and Christian Research Network is considered the property of Apprising Ministries so we may indeed publish unsolicited email for the purposes of edification.
This particular email below is published with permission and presented here for encouragement for those who have been standing with us here at AM. The letter concerns Did Nadia Bolz-Weber Just Call Jesus “A Schmuck”? What’s important to note here is that “queer inclusive” ELCA “pastor,” and former “professional f**k-up,” Nadia Bolz-Weber is a featured speaker at the upcoming Emerging Church conference Christianity 21 (C 21) October 9-11.
C 21 is being put on by theologian Tony Jones and his equally heretical quasi-universalist pastor Doug Pagitt, a most dubious duo of the egregiously ecumenical Emerging Church aka Emergent Church—morphing into Emergence Christianity—(EC). This Lutheran pastrix is about to become mainstream in the EC, and as you’ll see in Nadia Bolz-Weber On A Jesus And The ELCA, she already blogs for Red Letter Christian Jim Wallis; and even Emergent Village is promoting her latest blog post:
Thanks for contributing to our continued awareness with what is going on in the EC. I listened to the online stream of Ms. Bolz-Weber that you linked to your article from Isaac Everett’s site. It was so disturbing in its mocking ignorance of a Psalm that is so clearly Messianic that I was actually physically sickened.
“Their utter lack of understanding was evident from their apparent disgust in the “psalmist” ascribing the last verse of Psalm 45 to God… which, it would be speaking of God because Hebrews 1, quoting Psalm 45:6-7, gives us the context, as Chris Rosebrough and your article point out so plainly.”
Anyway, thanks for the article. Please continue to keep pastors like us in the local church apprised of the conditions we would be up against, just as it was 2,000 years ago…
“But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves” (2 Peter 2:1, NAS).
Ever in Christ, my friend.
