TWEET RICK WARREN WILL REGRET

“Do two walk together, unless they have agreed to meet?” (Amos 3:3)

Hegelian Dialectic Is Spreading

Among the issues Apprising Ministries covers is the growing spiritual darkness falling upon the mainstream of the church visible as Jesus sends 1 Peter 4:17  judgments upon it.

Contrary to what you may have heard, this isn’t a game; we’re in a battle for the souls of men against a real spiritual enemy whom we have no power over. God does; we don’t.

Undoubtedly, one of these judgments was the Church Growth Movement responsible for creating untold stillborn “Christians” who made “decisions” and thought they were following “Jesus.” Tragically, they’re now in hades because they were never really regenerated; victims of the classic CGM bait and switch.

I’ve said it before; using Madison Avenue advertising techniques, which is what these fools taught by the likes of NAR wingnut C. Peter Wagner at Fuller Theological Cesspool, have been doing will put people in pews. However, only God can convert them; and this is not Calvinism vs Arminianism.

The point is, both believe God has His elect; they differ upon how one becomes such. What’s missing in the CGM is the power of God the Holy Spirit because man has decided to “do church” on his own terms. Beyond question one of the most notorious in the CGM is Purpose Driven Pope Rick Warren.

You may recall this classic PDL Bull where Warren decreed, “I see absolutely zero reason in separating my fellowship from anybody.” [1] In the real world, which is the only one we have, this puts Rick Warren against the Lord’s Protestant Reformers; i.e. he’s bigger than the Reformation.

Then there’s the following from a 2005 report on Warren by Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:

“Now I don’t agree with everything in everybody’s denomination, including my own. I don’t agree with everything that Catholics do or Pentecostals do, but what binds us together is so much stronger than what divides us,” he said. “I really do feel that these people are brothers and sisters in God’s family. I am looking to build bridges with the Orthodox Church, looking to build bridges with the Catholic Church,….”

Yet a year earlier in a 2004 interview of Rick Warren by Modern Reformation he tells us:

Theologically, I am a monergist and firmly hold to the five solas of the Reformation. (Online source)

I ask you again: Which Rick Warren are we to believe? Against this proper background, let me explain something to you. My coverage lately of Prophet-Pastor Steven Furtick has much to do with Rick Warren. These P-P pastors are Warren’s off-spring and he’s given them his PDL papal blessing:

Rick Warren is a mentor to the men who appeared at the 2010 conference below, which was hosted by Furtick’s mentor, fellow Prophet-Pastor Perry Noble. Actually, PDL Pope Warren himself was originally scheduled for the Evening Session but had to bow out due to a family situation:

You’ll find it interesting to know the same cast of characters, sub Craig Groechel for Francis Chan, are also set for the 2011 edition. [2] With both Driscoll and Furtick preaching together again, and in the Elephant Room 2 discussions, ask yourself: Do you seriously think Steve Furtick will receive any correction?

In closing this, for now, we return our attention to Rick Warren once again. The following tweet from Warren today should make more sense to you now as to what direction Gospel Coalition Council Members James MacDonald and Mark Driscoll are headed with ER2:

You can see above what kind of bridges Rick Warren is willing to make. No, it doesn’t take any courage at all to lay down and spread yourself to commit spiritual adultery. It takes courage to expose it, and to confront it. When you get to heaven men like Hugh Latimer and Nicolas Ridley can explain it to you:

And finally, the tweet that Rick Warren will come regret should the Lord choose to sustain me:

Rick Warren is right; the wise person will investigate who taught a given spiritual teacher what they know. For example, Warren recommends the teachings of Destiny Doctor Laverne Adams; so we put to rest now so-called guilt-by-association when I bring up her mentors CindyTrimm and the NAR’s Chuck Pierce.

I tell you in the Lord, Rick Warren had better hope that his mentor-ee Prophet-Pastor Steven Furtick can audaciously pray people like me away. Well, he has done it before. The following Word Faith mythology is from the Steven Furtick Elevation Church documentary This Is How We Change The World:
