JAMES ROBISON SAYS JESUS IS IN THE HEART OF MORMON GLENN BECK

Apprising Ministries has been showing you that this pouty postmodern time of timid tolerance was the perfect playing field for Satan to launch his attack upon the proper Christian spirituality of sola Scriptura within the mainstream of the visible church.

The enemy of men’s souls did so with the neo-liberal cult operating within the sinfully ecumenical Emergent Church aka the Emerging Church.

Foolish spiritually spineless evanjellyfish leaders in lust for the approval of the world would find out too late that the EC was a Trojan Horse.

It turned out to be one from which corrupt Contemplative Spirituality/Mysticism (CSM), masquerading as spurious Spiritual Formation ala Living Spiritual Teacher and Quaker mystic Richard Foster and his spiritual twin Dallas Willard, would be unloaded.

One of the main areas under seige is evangelicalism’s position concerning apostate Roman Catholicism; for example, James Robison And Rick Warren Working To Reverse The Protestant Reformation. At the same time Satan’s deceitful spirits have been relentlessly bombarding us with doctrines of demons through EC propaganda that God is faithfully working in other religions.

This has served to sow much confusion as postmodern fog obscures truth and the practice of CSM cripples people’s critical thinking skills. What ends up happening is so many doctrines have come under fire that the average evangelical is too overwhelmed to try and sort through all he wreckage.

Man-centered EC propanda continues raining down about the idea that anything remotely considered Christian is to be accepted and instead of Biblical theology we’ve now arrived at Rodney King theology, “Can’t we all just get along?” People now decide about issues and doctrine by how they feel; not by what God says.

Here’s a glaring example in the person of James Robison in the below clip from a 1/13/11 interview conducted by Dr. Mark Rutland of Oral Roberts University on his Face to Face program. Robison is discussing Glenn Beck who, as a faithful and practicing Mormon, believes the following about Christ Jesus.

The below is from chapter 2 of Gospel Principles, which is an official publication of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints:

Every person who was ever born on earth was our spirit brother or sister in heaven. The first spirit born to our heavenly parents was Jesus Christ (see D&C 93:21), so he is literally our elder brother (see Discourses of Brigham Young, p. 26). Because we are the spiritual children of our heavenly parents, we have inherited the potential to develop their divine qualities. If we choose to do so, we can become perfect, just as they are. In the very next chapter we read that the Mormon Jesus is Satan’s brother:

We needed a Savior to pay for our sins and teach us how to return to our Heavenly Father. Our Father said, “Whom shall I send?” (Abraham 3:27). Two of our brothers offered to help. Our oldest brother, Jesus Christ, who was then called Jehovah, said, “Here am I, send me” (Abraham 3:27)…

Satan, who was called Lucifer, also came, saying, “Behold, here am I, send me, I will be thy son, and I will redeem all mankind, that one soul shall not be lost, and surely I will do it; wherefore give me thine honor” (Moses 4:1).” (Online source, emphasis mine)

This blasphemy is further confirmed from the official website of the Mormon Church where we read:

Jess L. Christensen, Institute of Religion director at Utah State University, Logan, Utah. On first hearing, the doctrine that Lucifer and our Lord, Jesus Christ, are brothers may seem surprising to some—especially to those unacquainted with latter-day revelations. But both the scriptures and the prophets affirm that Jesus Christ and Lucifer are indeed offspring of our Heavenly Father and, therefore, spirit brothers.

Yet James Robison merely tosses this onto the spiritual scrap heap in order to follow his fickle feelings. At the very end of the clip Robison says of Beck, “Because he says he loves Jesus, I believe Jesus has come into his heart.” No, just because someone says they love Jesus, it doesn’t automatically make them a Christian.

God Himself warns us in His Word there is such a thing as another Jesus:

For if someone comes and proclaims another Jesus than the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or if you accept a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it readily enough. (2 Corinthians 11:4)

This is why we form our knowledge of God from Scripture; and turn our back on this theology by liver shiver…
