INTERFAITH WORSHIP, I THINK NOT!

Oh sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth! Sing to the LORD, bless His name; tell of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples! For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the peoples are worthless idols, but the LORD made the heavens. (Psalm 96:1-5, ESV)
In this time of timid tolerance and accepting acquiescence by leaders within The Ecumenical Church Of Deception of new evangelicalism like Living Spiritual Teacher Richard Foster, they would no doubt have to consider the above words from the LORD God Almighty Himself as a bit “judgmental” and quite “intolerant.”
As these spiritual fools pursue their ecumenical interfaith/spiritual powwows they also may wish to carefully consider verse 5 again: For all the gods of the peoples are worthless idols. So exactly what would I as a child of the one true and living God learn from meditating together with Sufi Muslims and Buddhists and Hindus, which is specifically what these people are doing?
I would soon learn that the anger of the LORD God burns against those who do so:
“They sacrificed to demons that were no gods, to gods they had never known, to new gods that had come recently, whom your fathers had never dreaded. You were unmindful of the Rock that bore you, and you forgot the God who gave you birth. The LORD saw it and spurned them, because of the provocation of His sons and His daughters.”
“And He said, ‘I will hide my face from them; I will see what their end will be, For they are a perverse generation, children in whom is no faithfulness. They have made me jealous with what is no god; they have provoked me to anger with their idols.’” (Deuteronomy 32:17-21)
