Perry Noble, Chief Executive Senior Pastor of New Spring, tells us that he’s now repented concerning John Piper:

I used to not like John Piper. In fact, I would get angry anytime someone quoted him around men and usually say some stupid, immature remark about the guy… As I look back on my former disliking of Piper I have realized (and repented of) the way I acted.

So far, so good; but unfortunately Perry wasn’t done yet:

(BTW…why is it that many of the reformed guys are complete @$$holes?  Did God REALLY call them to pick apart verb tenses and voice intonations of speakers who don’t say things exactly right or don’t use a particular word order?) (Online source)

You know, when I entered Junior High many years ago my late mom gave me some advice concerning kids who were using words of profanity, which I never forgot:

Ken, the ignorant only resort to using words like that because they’re just not educated enough to express their anger in any other way.

Below you can watch as goat herder pastor Noble scolds his sheep because they want to know him. He’s quick to laud himself and tell us in heaven he’ll be “the guy on his face over in front of the Son of God.”

Apparently Noble will be thanking Jesus that he’s not one of those lesser Christians (see—Luke 18:9-11):
