The Integrity blog  informs us:

Here’s a preview of the positions more and more mainstream evangelical denominations will be taking on those commiting unrepentant sexual immorality with members of the same sex i.e. homosexuality now that Sola Scriptura has been thrown out the door of the visible church and the highly divisive homosexual lobby roots deeper within them. 

As such we believe Integrity USA to be an excellent example to further demonstrate the spread of homopression toward GLBTQ people, for whom Christ died. In IntegriTV GC2009 DAY 5: The Anglican Communion, Legislation, Looking Back and Around General Convention we learn:

Yesterday in their press release Episcopal Church House of Deputies Overwhelming Overrides Ban on Gay Bishops Integrity informs us: 

In a special session today, the House of Deputies of the Episcopal Church approved a resolution, 151 to 66, which effectively overrides the three-year ban on gay bishops within the church. The gently-worded resolution, DO25, affirms Episcopal membership in the Anglican Communion while declaring that all orders of ministry, including the episcopate, are open to the LGBT baptized of the church. The resolution now goes to the House of Bishops where it is not expected to receive an overly warm reception.

“We were reminded today of the Archbishop of Canterbury’s recent words to us that ‘there is no unity without truth.’ Today the clergy and laity of The Episcopal Church voted for both truth and unity by a wide margin,” said The Rev. Susan Russell, President of Integrity USA… (Online source)

That’s odd; if one believes the Bible (truth) then they’d know the genuine Christian cannot have unity with those who openly, and flagrantly, violate it like the “Rev.” Russell. Below is the video Day 5 of the further slide into apostasy by the dying Episcopal Church. According to openly gay John Richardson, Co-leader of Integrity’s Legislative Team, “the Holy Spirit is working in the midst of us here…she’s here and she’s dancing.”
