Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways. (Haggai 1:5)

Warning after Warning after Warning are given directly to us through the scriptures by God Himself and the Apostles, as well as the prophets of the Old Testament. The ramifications are dire, as we have seen with the history of Israel and so forth.

Yet, we go out of our way to water down the Gospel so that we, churches may not offend those who would hear the Gospel. Methodology is now adapting God’s Word so that it may fit in a sinful society. Behind the pulpits, so called leaders bring in damnable heresies that God condemns.

The use of foul language and the unholy worship are but now accepted by many, and I mean many churches. We have taken God’s words and warnings and have thrown them aside for popularity and acceptance in a world that hates and despises Christ Jesus.

We beg to be loved by the world and accepted, leaders and pastors mingle with the world and push for interfaith worship. We have made compromises that in the end will have harsh repercussions. Throughout the Bible, through God’s love and patience, He bids us many warnings along the way. Yet, we now, pay no attention, nor do we take heed to those warnings.

I see no fear of God in many places today, even in the very places where we come to worship Him. We now pick and choose out of the Word, of which the majority goes ignored. Thus, now, people live carnally and remain under the mindset they are saved. This is what is spewed from pulpit, that it is okay to continue in sin and in the end, we all will go to heaven.

What needs to stop is the self worship and praise. We are but sinners in the hands of an angry God as Jonathan Edward’s so preached many years ago. Sadly, a message like that will remain untaught in this world today. Brother, the times are growing short as darkness encompasses this world.

There upon the threshold, the Lord approaches. Seek not to appease yourself or others but submit to God and give all to Him. Do not conform to this world as we are told not too but seek to abide in Christ Jesus. Yes, you will be hated for His name sake but in the end, there is an eternity awaiting you that no man can take away.

Let us seek to serve the Savior in spirit and in truth.  Be mindful and examine you walk because there will come a time when you will not be able to stop to do so. My friends, Consider your ways…
