JESUS TEACHES HE IS THE CHRIST BUT JOHN HAGEE SAYS THE MASTER IS MISTAKEN

“Now this is eternal life: that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.” (John 17:3)
In John Hagee: “Jesus Rejected to the Last Detail the Role of Messiah in Word or Deed” I’ve covered the incredible statements John Hagee has made in his current book In Defense of Israel saying Jesus did not claim to be God’s Messiah for the Jewish people.
What amazes me is that the Body of Christ is so indifferent about this blasphemy before God by Hagee and his hate toward His precious Jewish people, for whom Christ also died, as he tries to deny them access to their Messiah. For example:
Jesus refused to drink the Messiah’s cup… In refusing to drink the cup, Jesus rejected to the last detail the role of Messiah in word or deed. The Jews did not reject Jesus as Messiah; it was Jesus who rejected the Jewish desire for him to be their Messiah (144, 145, emphasis his)
But below you will plainly see Jesus Himself teaching in the Gospel of Luke that God fully expected people to know, even from the Old Testament, the Master is the Christ—period (see–Acts 4:10-12)—despite Hagee’s arrogantly asinine claims to the contrary.
In the below passage of Luke, Christ Jesus of Nazareth, clearly shows two disciples on the road to Emmaus that He is indeed the Christ (Hebrew: Messiah); and moreover, from the Scriptures, that God also expected people to know that the Christ must suffer and die:
“O foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?” Then beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures. (Luke 24:25-27)
Then later in this very same passage of Luke, the Master then teaches the exact same thing to His Apostles:
He said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day, and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things.” (Luke 24:46-48)
Yet Word Faith pastor and teacher John Hagee has the audacity to tell the LORD God Almighty in human flesh that He was mistaken. In fact in the video clip below you will hear for yourself John Hagee say his book In Defense Of Israel “will shake Christian theology.”
And then Hagee says further that, “it Scripturally proves…that Jesus did not come to earth to be the Messiah… It will prove…Jesus refused by word and deed to claim to be the Messiah…”:
