“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.”

The end of the world draweth nigh. And at this time, I am asking you to not let your light grow dim, or allow any darkness of the earth into your life.

This world is passing away. However, we who stand for the truth can hold on to our eternal security. Do not allow man to tear down strongholds but hold fast and firm.

Live each day as if the Lord were coming and test yourselves daily in order that you may not miss the mark. Are you getting caught up in secular activities which are worldly? Do you feel the Lord tugging at you saying, “Come to Me.” Like a fiery furnace let us burn for Jesus.

Be a light unto your husband or wife and to your children as well. May His light be seen at all times like little ones kneeling at His feet. Today I encourage you, for our hopes lie not in this world, but in Jesus and Jesus only. Man can only fail you but Jesus faileth us not.

Be a light in the darkness of the world and let Jesus take your hand and lead the way. Have you been a light today?
