JOHN MARK COMER FURTHER CLOUDS HIS POLYTHEISM

Apprising Ministries has been covering the developing story of polytheist John Mark Comer, pastor of Solid Rock Church; a multi-site organization that boasts a membership of some 7,000 on a given Sunday.
It’s a growing gathering and, as you can see below, John Mark Comer’s even been at the influential evangelical conference known as Catalyst. ((http://bit.ly/9F8xw1, accessed 2-8-13.)) Note the afternoon session listed below:

Here’s a short interview with John Mark Comer from the You Tube page of CatalystConference:
I began my coverage of this “phenomenal communicator” with Biblical Refutation Of Evangelical Pastor John Mark Comer’s Polytheism after Erin Benziger first brought this confusion pushed by Comer to our attention. ((see Seeker-Driven Pastor Brings Polytheism Into the Mainstream))
What’s at issue is Comer’s January 13th sermon Yahweh Elohim where he credits heretical Open Theist Greg Boyd’s book God at War (GaW) as a source who’s helped him come to believe in “creational monotheism.” ((You can read Boyd’s definition of creational monotheism from GaW in DR. GERRY BRESHEARS ENDORSES EVANGELICAL POLYTHEIST PASTOR JOHN MARK COMER))
In addition, Comer also intimates that he’s getting this idea—in some part—from Dr. Gerry Breshears of Western Seminary as well as co-author of many books with New Calvinist Elephant Room co-host Mark Driscoll. ((http://bit.ly/VwxqHu, accessed 2-8-13.))
As I get ready to close this, for now, let me give you John Mark Comer’s denial of monotheism in favor of so-called creational monotheism. Notice he misstates what monotheism actually teaches:

Nobody credible is saying these “gods” are nonentities. We’re preaching what God told us in Scripture; they’re not gods, they are demons impersonating God:
No, I imply that what pagans sacrifice they offer to demons and not to God. I do not want you to be participants with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons. (1 Corinthians 10:20-21)
Know this, if you need a qualifier in front of monotheism, then you are not teaching monotheism: In all the universe there is but one true and living God; and there are no others, nor will there ever be (cf. Isaiah 43:10-11).
Now here’s John Mark Comer below from his Yahweh Elohim teaching a plurality of gods, not unlike the Mormon mythology of a council of the gods. ((http://carm.org/mormonism-and-council-gods, accessed 2-8-13.)) Notice carefully what Comer dreams beginning at 5:51 of this clip.
He differentiates between so-called gods, which he says are more powerful beings and the lower level demons that supposedly “work for the gods.” Therefore, in Comer’s fable, they cannot be the same type of beings ontologically:

Against this backdrop, let me tell you that Comer’s attempted to sidestep his polytheism at his Facebook page here:
Then in the comments string after posting the above yesterday, today John Mark Comer received pushback; and his obfuscating answer only further clouds his polytheism:
I leave you now with the following from today’s Fighting for the Faith program of Christian apologist Chris Rosebrough who very capably walks you through Comer’s deceptive responses and then calls him to repent.
